Program Description
Neuromonitoring Associates offers text messaging services to communicate with patients regarding appointment reminders, billing notifications, care coordination, and administrative updates related to healthcare services.Participation in text messaging is voluntary and is not required as a condition of receiving care.
Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with Neuromonitoring Associates, maximum frequency is based on NMA initiating the communication.Maximum message frequency: 3 messages per week

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS and RCS Security Disclosure
Text messages may be sent using SMS and RCS, which are not fully secure communication channels and may not be HIPAA compliant. By opting in, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Messages containing detailed Protected Health Information will be sent through separate secure communication channels.
Opt Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
